No Power

Hi Everyone,
As I am sure you have seen on the news, Oklahoma was hit with a ton of freezing rain on Sunday night. We lost power about 1:00 am and did not get it back on until last night (Wednesday). The roads were fine, but over 200,000 people lost electricity in the Tulsa area. My roommate Ashley and I were lucky because we have a friend whose apartment had power and she let us stay with her. She hadn't moved in yet, so we slept on the floor, but it was warm and we had electricity. Many residents of Tulsa, including Uncle Rob and Aunt Laurie, still don't have power. I have learned this week that I am not good at roughing it and electricity is a WONDERFUL thing!
